East German M56/76 Helmet
This is the third version of the M56 helmet, which no longer has external liner rivets. The M56 helmet had its origins in WW2 where it was designed to replace the helmets worn by the military during WW2. However the design was rejected by Hitler on the grounds that the helmet being worn by the Wehrmacht was symbol of the German struggle. This example is in very good condtiion. read more

Spanish M42/79 Helmet
This is a Spanish M42/79, helmet which is based on the German M35. The early Spanish M42 helmets had a all leather liner and chinstrap. In 1979 the helmet's liner and chinstrap was changed hence the 79 designation. read more

British MKII Helmet
A MKII helmet in good condition retaining most of its original finish. The shell is maker marked 'BMB' for Briggs Motor Bodies, based at Dagenham and where producing helmets shells and liners from 1939 to 1945. The shell dated 1941 and comes with a MKII liner which is dated 1940 and maker marked TTC for Teddy Toy Co.Ltd, who produced liners from 1939 to 1943. The liner is size stamped 6.3/4. read more

British MKII Helmet & Camouflage Netting
A very nice MKII helmet which the shall and liner are both dated 1939. The shell is maker marked F&L for Fisher & Ludow Ltd, who's factory was in Birmingham and produced helmet shells from 1939 to 1942. The MK1 liner is maker marked JCS&W.LTD, for Crompton Sons & Webb.LTD, based in London and produced liners from 1938 to 1943. British MKII Helmet
A good example of a MKII helmet which retains all of its original finish. The shell is dated 1939 and comes with a MK1 liner which is dated 1938, maker marked Vero and size stamped 7.1/4. The liner also appears to have the original owners personal service number. The shell has been painted with the number 20 on the underside of the rim. read more

Soviet SSh40 Helmet
This is in fact a post-war made SSh40 helmet which is identical to the WW2 pattern. The only difference is the date of manufacture. This example is a very early post-war made the majority tend to be dated late 1950's. This example is dated 1948 and was produced at the Lysva Metallurgical Plat ( LMZ ). read more

Soviet SSh36 Helmet
A nice example of a Soviet SSh36 pattern helmet, which entered service in 1936 and remained in production to 1941. The helmet was designed by Aalksandr A.Shvaertz who's design was influenced by the German M35 helmet, which was introduced the year before. French M15 Helmet
A very nice example of an Adrian M15 helmet, still retaining its liner and chinstrap. The front of the helmet has the flaming bomb badge for the branch of service Infantry. The inside of the shall has been marked 'RF", which i believe is the original owners intitals. read more

French M15 Civil Defence Adrian Helmet
This is a M15 Adrian helmet which has been utilised by the civil defence during the outbreak of WW2. The helmet has been overpainted with the original horizon blue finish, still visible under the overpaint. The front of the helmet has had the letters 'DP" stencilled to the front for Defence Passive. The liner is still present and size stamped 56. The chinstrap on this example is missing. read more
