Demjansk Shield

A good example of a Demjansk shield with fieldgrey cloth and retaining it's paper backing. However one of the four retaining pins has broke away. The award was introduced on 25th April 1943, to commemorate the defence of the town of Demjansk by the Second army, which was commanded by General Graf Brockendorff-Ahlefeldt.  read more

Assault Engineers Satchel

This is a rare satchel used by assault engineers and would have been used to carry 3kg explosives charges and various other explosive kit. The satchel could be carried like a breadbag by additional a bread bag strap or carried by hand. This example is in excellent condition and has webbing fittings.  read more

British Army Leather Jerkin

This is a well used British army leather jerkin, which has two damaged buttons and one missing button. The stitch on the shoulder has started to come apart but can be easily restitched. It still retains part of the it's maker's contract label and is size stamped 1.  read more
