This is a good example of the second pattern angular Turkistan bevo shield with red and blue horizontal stripes bordered in black with a black field on top. The centre of the shield has a white bow and arrow with a blue inscription "Turkistan" on the top. A pair of extremely rare un-issued Waffen-SS officers shoulders which are piped light-grey. The light-grey branch of service piping was for the Waffen-SS main office and High command departments under the authority of the Reichfuhrer Heydrich Himmler.
