This is the M1943 Machinaw coat which was introduced on 19th April 1943 and differs from the earlier M1938 pattern by not having a blanket lined collar or a waist belt. This example has had a field repair and some fraying to the collar, otherwise it is in good condition. The contract label is missing however the size label is still attached, size 34.  read more

This example is in in good condition, with just some fraying to the belt, which is normally missing and one of the buttons is missing. It does retain its contract label.
