U.S. M1 Carbine ( Pre-EU/UK Deactivation )

For sale to customers outside the European Union Only. The M1 carbine was introduced in late 1941 and was designed for use with machine gunners, mortar crews, drivers, artillerymen, clerks, cooks and other support troops. However the weapon became popular amongst Infantry officers and senior NCO's. Early examples had a two aperture rear sight and no bayonet lug. However after 1945 the majority of M1 carbines where upgraded with the rear ramp sight and bayonet lug for the M4 bayonet. This example is in very good condition and was manufactured by 'Underwood Elliot Fisher Company. It is dated November 1943. The M1 carbine continued to be used with the U.S. army during the Korean and Vietnam wars. This is post 1995 deactivation and does not cock or dry fire. However the cocking handle does move under spring pressure. For Non EU Sales Only. However it can be re-deactivated to the current EU specification. Please email before making purchase.
