British AB64 Pay Book

An Army pay book known as a AB64 belonging to a member of the Middlesex regiment with the first entry dated 1918 continuing to 1919. The pay book comes with a Medical officers written report of the owner which gives his enlistment date 13th November 1916. Also included as a joke certificate of service card which is typical of British army humour.
