A good example of a MKII National Fire Service which has the area HQ number 12 for Stevenage. The regional HQ was Cambridge. The inside of the shell has discoloured with a slight surface rust and is dated 1938. The liner and chinstrap are in good condition. The liner is maker marked Helmets LTD.
